Persimmon Homes was established in 1998 by New England native Mark Perlowski. Over the last 20 years Mark has been responsible for building more than 200 custom homes in developments throughout Southern New Hampshire and the greater Seacoast area. Many neighborhoods display signature homes and features that are unique to Mark’s design style and abilities.
Mark began working in the construction industry as a tradesman, gaining experience in all major areas of home construction. Having inherent business skills and a passion for architecture & details, he decided to start Persimmon Homes. This allowed Mark the ability to oversee a company that was capable of building homes in a consistent manor, all with the highest quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail that he strongly believes in.
Mark enjoys actively engaging with his homeowners and communicating throughout all the construction phases of their new home. Mark approaches each project with a focus on homeowner satisfaction and a commitment to quality construction. It is this close working relationship that Mark believes sets him apart from most builders. Mark likes to ensure the homeowner’s desires and tastes are reflected in the finished product.
